Removal and bearing installation

The bearing of deenergizing of coupling

1 — A CHECK POINT
2 — the Spherical pin. Grease with greasing MoS 2. The tightening moment at a check point from an aluminium alloy: 25Нм; at a check point from a magnesian alloy: 18Нм.
3 — the Intermediate element
4 — Tarelchataja a spring. Smaller diameter is turned to directing plug
5 — the Sealing ring
6 — the Cuff of a primary shaft. Press against the stop
7 — Directing втулка*
8 — the Lock spring
9 — the Lever of the bearing of deenergizing of coupling. Before installation a pusher grease with copper greasing «Z 381 351 TE»

10 — the Screw with internal Torx*. Necessarily replace Black for a check point from the aluminium alloy, shining for a check point of a magnesian alloy. The moment of a tightening for a check point from an aluminium alloy: 35Нм; the moment of a tightening for a check point from a magnesian alloy: 25Нм.
11 — the Bearing of deenergizing of coupling. Do not wash out, only wipe
12 — the Bolt, 20Нм
13 — the Working cylinder of hydrosystem of a drive of coupling. At installation press the cylinder so that it was possible to enter a bolt easily
14 — the Pusher. Grease the end with copper greasing
