The seat can be regulated on many parametres.

Forward seat: a regulator

Controls of regulation of position of seats on the arrangement, design and a functional purpose correspond to a seat design. Regulation of position of a seat is carried out according to the given logic by pressing of switches.

Seat giving forward/back

Camber adjustment

The lumbar support provides прилегание lumbar department of a backbone on all its natural contour, with the landing which is not tiring even at long trips.

Memory of position of a seat of the driver

The description

Located at doors of the driver memory keys it is possible to program and reproduce four various variants of position of a seat and external зеркал*.

Keys of a memory 1, 2, 3 and 4 it is possible to program and reproduce a maximum four various variants of position of a seat and external зеркал*.

Key STOP

The memory of position of a seat is disconnected by pressing of key STOP. Inscription OFF being near to key STOP (it is visible only at included light) Thus burns.

All entered positions remain in memory. Position of a seat and external зеркал* thus can be regulated only in the usual way - by means of the electric drive. The memory is recommended to be disconnected pressing of key STOP at incidental using the car the driver and consequently absence of need of programming of position of a seat for it.

The programmed positions can be reproduced also by means of remote radio management, see more low.

Programming of positions

At programming and reproduction of all functions should be pressed key STOP (is drowned).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Adjust position of a seat of the driver, see above.
  2. Adjust position of both external mirrors, Illumination and review maintenance see.
  3. Press and keep key МЕМО. In addition press and keep not less than 1 second one of memory keys.
  4. Release keys. The given position is entered now into memory and corresponds to number of the key chosen at input.

At each new programming on the same key there is a dump of the previous data. At programming it is recommended to begin with a key 1, leaving for other drivers on one of other keys.

At lock-out of the car by a radio key (remote radio management) last position of a seat and mirrors is entered into memory. The given position of a seat and mirrors automatically is reproduced remote radio management at the subsequent unlocking of the car. Position of external mirrors is reproduced right after unlockings, and position of a seat of the driver after opening of a door of the driver.

Thus however there is no dump of the data of a memory undertaken before distribution on keys 1-4. At any moment reproduction of the entered positions by corresponding keys is possible.

The programmed positions can be reproduced both memory keys, and remote radio management (radio key).

  1. At an open door of the driver unitary press a corresponding key of a memory.
  2. At the closed door of the driver press and keep a corresponding key of a memory while the seat and external mirrors will not occupy the programmed position.

  1. Unlock the car remote radio management and within the next 10 minutes open a door of the driver.

If after car unlocking by remote radio management the door of the driver remains closed during 10 minutes seat position reproduce memory keys.

Radio key programming

For reproduction of the entered positions by remote radio management it is necessary to program a radio key on a memory key.

  1. Corresponding key of a memory to which there should correspond the given key, reproduce the programmed positions.
  2. Press and keep the given key and within 10 seconds in addition press the button of unlocking of a radio key.
  3. After approximately 2 seconds, release a key.

  1. Press and keep key МЕМО and within 10 seconds in addition press the button of unlocking of a radio key.
  2. After approximately 2 seconds, release key МЕМО.

At reprogramming there is an automatic dump of the previous data.

It is recommended to program, that the key 1 corresponded to one, and a key 2 - to other factory radio key. Through contractual partner Audi if necessary it is possible to get two more others of a radio key and to program on keys 3 and 4.

Headrests are regulated on height and an inclination. They should be established on growth. Correctly established headrests in a combination to seat belts provide effective protection.

The optimum protective effect is provided at a finding of an upper edge of a headrest a minimum at level or above level of eyes.

Remember that at the armrest lowered against the stop mobility of a forearm is limited. Therefore at movement on a city do not lower an armrest.

In interests of preservation of good dynamics of the car remember the following:

  1. Distribute cargo how much it probably in regular intervals.
  2. Heavy subjects place as it is possible further ahead.
  3. With the help грузоудерживающей сетки* or not elastic tension tapes fix luggage subjects for lifting eyes.

Lifting eyes

For fastening of subjects of luggage in a luggage carrier there are four lifting eyes.

If hooks are not used, they come back independently in a starting position.

The protective covering-bath of a luggage carrier represents a put synthetic covering to which if necessary can cover all luggage carrier, including racks of shock-absorbers. The sheeting of a back of a back seat can use also separately, without use of a protective covering-bath of a luggage carrier. The back covering consists of two parts and can develop in the ratio 1/3 and 2/3.

Lateral niche

In the left lateral niche of a luggage carrier there is a CD player (CDROM) for system навигации*.

Correctly fixed back of a back seat (normal position) can be locked and unlocked only the basic or emergency key (the lock is in the unlocking handle). Thanks to it undesirable penetration into a luggage carrier from car salon is prevented.

At back returning in a starting position watch, that seat belts of lateral seats were in лентонаправляющем a trench. Otherwise belts can get to the back lock that can lead to their damage.

Ware shelf

The ware shelf behind a back of a back seat can be used for easy subjects of clothes.

Remember that subjects rubbing about back glass can damage system of its electroheating.

For maintenance of normal air exchange do not cover with things the exhaust cracks which are on a joint of back glass and a ware shelf.

The through loading hatch with a cover

Using the through loading hatch with a cover adjoining it, it is possible to transport lengthy subjects in salon (for example, skis), without being afraid for their safety, cleanliness and serviceability.

  2. In a luggage carrier press the button of unlocking of a cover of the loading hatch (the marksman illustrations) and take away a cover downwards.
  3. Take away forward a back dividing armrest.
  4. In salon wring out downwards the button of unlocking of a cover of the loading hatch and release a cover.
  5. Take and straighten a cover.
  6. Insert skis or other similar subjects through a luggage compartment into a cover which is in salon.

  2. Hardly pull a belt for its free end (C).

Do not put a wet cover after using it.

Luggage carrier on a roof

Car gutters are executed in a roof with the account of tap of storm drains. Therefore do not use the usual luggage carriers intended for installation on a roof of the car.

In case of use of other systems of fastening of a luggage carrier on a roof or at its installation not on the instructions which have arisen in this connection damage to guarantee repair are not subject.

Loading on a roof

The safe load on a roof of your car makes 75 kg. Loading on a roof is defined by the sum of weight of system of fastening and cargo.

At use of systems of fastening with smaller load-carrying capacity it is impossible to use completely a safe load on a roof. To load a luggage carrier it is possible only to specified in the instruction on its installation of a limit.

Luggage carrier on a roof remove right after usings. On high speed the expense of fuel because of increase in aerodynamic resistance increases.

Located in a nest прикуривателя the usual socket on 12 volt can use for connection of additional electrodevices with power consumption no more than 100 watt.

Use only suitable tips not to damage the socket.

Remember that at the idle engine and the included consumers of the electric power there is an accumulator category.

  2. Establish the electrodevice tip in the socket.

The socket is calculated on electrodevices with power consumption no more than 100 watt.

Apply only suitable tips not to damage the socket.

Remember that at the idle engine and the included consumers of the electric power there is an accumulator category.

The ware box can be locked, and at an open cover box illumination joins.

Illumination of a ware box joins at opening of a cover and the included headlights / lay fires.

In a cover of a ware box there are clamps for fastening of writing-materials.

CD-changer *

Radio system CD-changer is in a ware box. The description is resulted in the corresponding operation manual.

Refrigerator in a ware box

The cooling effect of a refrigerator is reached only in a mode of cooling of the conditioner.

  1. Open a ware box.
  2. Open a refrigerator.
  3. Cooling vkljuchaetsja/is switched off by the rotary switch (A).

The cooling effect of a refrigerator is reached only at included in a mode of cooling the conditioner. At conditioner work in a mode of heating the refrigerator is recommended to be switched off.

Located in a refrigerator «противоскользящий the rug» can be taken and used for cleaning.

  2. For closing push a case completely back till the fixing moment.

In the central console near to a manual brake there is one more compartment. On cars with system навигации* in the given compartment the control panel is located by system.

Niche for storage of a folder with car documents

Always store a folder with car documents in the niche intended for it.

In internal facing of doors niches are located.

Hangers (крючья for clothes)

Over each of back doors the hook for clothes is located.

Niche for audiocassettes

Audiocassettes can be stored (without cases) in the sliding compartments cleaned in a niche intended for them.

  1. For compartment opening press the button.
  2. The cartridge lay in a compartment the open party upwards.
  3. For closing push a compartment completely back till the fixing moment.

At a cartridge finding in a compartment on the left side of a compartment there is a red label.

Blocking of coils prevents spontaneous unwinding of a tape and by that its deformation.

Ware boxes of forward seats

From the face party of each of forward seats there is a sliding ware box.

Opening

  1. Raise the handle of a box and put forward it.

Closing

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Completely insert a box till the moment of its fixing.

The maximum loading of a box makes 1 kg.
