Removal and installation of the electric motor of a drive ventilating заслонки

Removal

  1. Disconnect a negative cable (-) the storage battery.

  1. Remove a pocket from outside the driver, address to Section Removal and pocket installation from outside the driver.
  1. Disunite a socket (), turn out the screw () and remove the electric motor.

  1. Disunite a socket () and turn out screws ().
  1. Disconnect the lever () the electric motor from a connecting bar (D) and remove the electric motor.

Electric motor check

For electric motor check it is necessary to make a special cable.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Use the tip () AUDI 8D0 972 706. To contacts (5) and (6) attach wires section 0.25 мм2. To other ends of wires attach usual tips-crocodiles ().
  1. The tip attach to the electric motor, and the tip-crocodile to a source of a direct current pressure 12 V.Elektrodvigatel should move against the stop. At polarity change the rotation direction should change.

Installation

  1. Establish the electric motor so that pins () and () have entered into a groove кулачковой washers ().
