The system of release of the fulfilled gases of the petrol engine consists of a final collector, a reception pipe, каталитического (their) converter (pour), the central muffler, a connecting pipe, the additional muffler and a trailer pipe (trailer pipes).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Lift and establish the car on supports, remove the bottom cover of the engine, address to Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine / the bottom protection of an impellent compartment/stretcher.
  2. Spray all bolts and nuts of system of release by means for dissolution of a rust and wait some time.
  3. Turn out bolts on a connecting flange каталитический the converter / a reception pipe.

If the release system has to act in film together with catalytic the converter, turn out fastening bolts on a flange a final collector/katalitichesky the converter and remove ljambda-probes, address to Section Removal and installation каталитического the converter and ljambda-probes.

  1. Disconnect a forward cross-beam of fastening of system of release.

Do not bend a flexible connecting element in a reception требе more than on 10 °, otherwise it can be damaged. By means of the assistant disconnect and remove system of release from collars.

Installation of system of release

Sealing linings, nuts and bolts should be replaced necessarily. For simplification of later dismantling of system of release it is recommended to grease bolts and nuts of fastening with high-temperature paste, for example, Liqui Moly LM-508-ASC.

Do not bend a flexible connecting element of a reception pipe more than on 10 °, otherwise it can be damaged.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish system of release by means of the assistant in rubber holders.
  2. Fix a forward cross-beam the moment 25Нм on the car bottom.
  3. Fix system of release at a flange with the new sealing ring, new bolts and nuts. Observe the tightening moments.
  4. If ljambda-probes acted in film, establish them, address to Section Removal and installation каталитического the converter and ljambda-probes.

Installation of preliminary and additional mufflers

If preliminary or additional mufflers only acted in film, fix mufflers new collars.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Arrange клеммную the plug (1) on the middle реза. The klemmnaja plug (1) should settle down horizontally, bolts should show to the left.
  1. Establish клеммную the plug so that the end of a bolt did not support its bottom edge.
  1. In regular intervals tighten bolts the moment 40Нм.
  2. Expose release system so that it settled down freely, without pressure and deformations.
  3. Establish into place the bottom cover of the engine.

Replacement of a trailer pipe

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Cut off ножовкой a trailer pipe (1) in a division place ().

  2. Expose a trailer pipe.
