Easing of a gear belt

- Turn away a nut of fastening (1) tension rollers.
|
|
- Turn counter-clockwise the clown key HAZET 2587-1 so that the tension roller could be fixed lock finger Т 10115 or similar.
|
- Turn key HAZET 2587-1 clockwise against the stop and tighten by hand a nut (1).
|
|
- Remove a gear belt at first from the pump of a cooling liquid and then from other cogwheels.
|
|
Installation
|
|
- Check up, whether the tension roller by lock finger Т 10115 is fixed and whether is fixed by a nut on the right emphasis.
|
|
|
Adjusting works with a gear belt are necessary for making only on the cold engine. At camshaft turn the stop of any piston in position ВМТ is not supposed. Danger of damage of valves/bottoms of pistons. |
|
- Check up position of a tension roller: the Lock pad (an arrow on an accompanying illustration) should enter into a groove on a head of cylinders, and an opposite case in appropriate way it is necessary to displace the holder.
|
|
- Once again check up, whether labels ВМТ coincide.
|
- Turn away bolts of fastening of a wheel of a camshaft so that the wheel could move in oblong apertures.
|
- Establish a wheel in oblong apertures in average position.
|
- Put on a gear belt a wheel of a camshaft, a tension roller, a wheel of a cranked shaft and in last turn on a wheel of the pump of a cooling liquid.

Tension of a gear belt
|
|
- Take out lock finger Т10115.
|
|
- Turn away a nut of fastening (1) tension rollers.
- Turn the clown of a tension roller key HAZET 2587-1 in an hour hand direction so that the index (2) stood on the centre before a window of a basic plate.
- Keeping a tension roller in this position tighten a nut of fastening of a tension roller the moment 20Нм + 45 °.
- Tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel of a camshaft the moment 25Нм.
