Removal and installation of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units

Belt of a drive of auxiliary units. The 4-cylinder diesel engine

1 — Krylchatka of the fan with вязкостной муфтой
2 — the Screw *, 10Нм
3 — Klinovoj a belt
4 — the Screw *, 10Нм + 90 °
5 — the Pulley of a cranked shaft (демпфер крутильных fluctuations)
With — a rubber cover. Installation is possible only in one position.
6 — the Screw, 25Нм. At installation insert a sealing ring (12)
7 — the Screw, 25Нм
8 — the Lever of a tension roller
9 — the Remote plug. Observe installation position. Establish a sealing ring (12)
10 — the Tension roller
11 — the Bolt, 25Нм
12 — the Sealing ring. In the presence of damages replace

Order of a tightening of bolts of the holder

Bolts of the holder 18 are tightened in sequence with 1 on 6 in 2 receptions.

1 reception: Bolts with 1 on 6 - by hand.
2 reception: Bolts with (1) on (6) - the moment 45Нм.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the bottom cover of an impellent compartment, address to Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine / the bottom protection of an impellent compartment/stretcher.

Mark on клиновом a belt with a chalk or a felt-tip pen a direction of its rotation.

Change of a direction of rotation of the belt which was in work can lead to its rupture.

Turn out bolts of fastening of a tension roller клинового a compressor belt (an arrow on an accompanying illustration) and thus ослабьте a belt.

Remove клиновой a compressor belt.
Remove the top air line in a forward right part of an impellent compartment, address to Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine / the bottom protection of an impellent compartment/stretcher.

Incline the tension device клинового a belt in an arrow direction on an accompanying illustration and thus ослабьте a belt.

Remove клиновой a belt and unload the tension device.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Put on клиновой a belt () pulleys of a cranked shaft (1), the pump of the hydraulic booster (2), a tension roller (3) and the fan with вязкостной муфтой (4).
Incline the tension device клинового a belt in an arrow direction.
In last turn put on клиновой a belt a pulley of the generator (5) and unload the tension device. Put on клиновой a belt () a pulley of a cranked shaft (1), the compressor (6) and the device of a tension (7).
Establish динамометрический a key (), as is shown in an accompanying illustration, on шестигранник a tension roller (1) and tighten a tension roller the moment 30Нм.
In this position tighten screws (2) moment 20Нм. Start the engine and check up visually belt work. Thus pay attention to correct position of a belt on pulleys.
