4 — the Oil pump. With a safety valve on 12 атм. Before installation check up, whether there are available two plugs (12) for a centering of the oil pump on the block of cylinders.
In the presence of flutes on a working surface and gear wheels replace them. The moment of a tightening of a cover of the oil pump: 10Нм
5 — the Asterisk of the oil pump. It is established unequivocally
6 — the Screw, 22Нм
7 — the Chain of a drive of the oil pump. Before removal mark a rotation direction. Check up on deterioration
8 — the Bolt, 15Нм
9 — the Sealing flange forward. It is established on silicone hermetic, for example, AUDI-D 176 404 A2. Replace a sealing ring from outside a pulley
10 — Natjazhitel of a chain, 16Нм. Does not understand. Observe installation position. At installation preliminary compress a spring and hook on it. At spring breakage натяжитель replace in the complete set

Turn out both back bolts of fastening of the pallet картера (1) and (2) face key (address to an illustration above). For this purpose at cars from a manual check point turn a flywheel (3) so that the groove (an arrow on an illustration more low) was opposite to the screw.

The preliminary tightening bolts with (1) on (18) is made cross-wise by the moment 5Нм and further the moment 45Нм. Bolts М10 (arrows on an illustration more low) are tightened by the moment 40Нм. Bolts with (1) on (18) cross-wise the moment 15Нм.
