Replacement of lamps накаливания devices of external illumination

Devices of system of illumination concern: headlights, antifog headlights, back lanterns, stoplights, backing lanterns, indexes of turns, foggy lanterns, lanterns of illumination of licence plate and devices of internal illumination.

The lamp exit накаливания is out of operation displayed on the universal display. (Information system of the driver (FIS)).

There is a danger травмирования!

Be careful at replacement of the xenon lamps of a high voltage in headlights! Just in case switch off a headlight and disconnect the storage battery. After replacement quickly switch on and off a headlight to remove residual stress. From safety reasons carry footwear with rubber soles.

Lamps накаливания and holders of lamps can appear very hot. Therefore before replacement of lamps накаливания wait coolings of the lighting device.

Store lamps in a place inaccessible to children.

Do not apply the fallen lamps or lamps with scratches, they can burst.

накаливания it is not necessary to take a glass flask of a lamp hands. For this purpose is better to use napkins or cotton gloves. Fingerprints evaporate and besieged on a reflector, obscuring it. Casually formed stains on a flask are necessary for removing by means of pure, not containing fibres, a towel moistened in spirit.

накаливания it is necessary to replace lamps only with lamps of the same execution.

Switch off ignition and the headlight switch.

Disconnect a negative cable (-) the storage battery.

Passing light

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The right headlight: Disconnect the top cover of the engine, and also an air line between the forward panel and the air filter. The left headlight: Remove a headlight, address to corresponding Section. Uncover a headlight underside. For this purpose take away wire скобу from a cover.
Galogenovaja lamp: Disunite a socket (2), take away wire скобу and remove a lamp (3).
The xenon lamp: Turn the tip (1) counter-clockwise and remove. Release wire скобы (arrows on an accompanying illustration) and take out a lamp from the case.
Insert into the case a new lamp, fix it скобой and join a socket. Establish a cover from an underside of a headlight and fix скобой. The further installation is carried out in sequence, return to removal.

Headlight/parking light

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The right headlight: Disconnect the top cover of the engine, and also an air line (subsection "Passing light").
The left headlight: Disunite sockets over a headlight, unblock the holder and remove it upward.
Uncover a headlight a headlight underside. For this purpose take away wire скобу from a cover.

Galogenovaja headlight: Turn the electric motor of adjustment of range of light, remove from a headlight and put aside.

At the right headlight turn counter-clockwise (an arrow on an accompanying illustration), at the left headlight clockwise.

Lay light / the xenon headlight: Turn the electric motor of adjustment of range of light, remove from a headlight and put aside.

Headlight: Disunite a socket (3), release скобу (2) and take out a lamp (1) of the case. Insert a new lamp, fix it скобой and join a socket.

Parking light: Release lock pads and take out a cartridge (the marksman on an accompanying illustration) from the case. Take out a lamp from a cartridge, replace it on new and insert a cartridge into the case.

Establish from an underside of a headlight the electric motor of adjustment of range of light, establish into place a cover of a headlight and fix it скобой.
The further installation is carried out in sequence, return to removal.

Press a lamp into a cartridge, turn and take out. Replace a lamp new and insert a cartridge into the case. Establish into place a headlight, address to Section Removal and installation of headlights.
