Headlight with the xenon lamp

Removal

Be careful at replacement of the xenon lamps in headlights. Danger травмирования owing to a high voltage! Just in case switch off a headlight and disconnect the storage battery. After that quickly switch on and off the headlight switch to remove residual stress. From safety reasons carry footwear with rubber soles.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect a negative cable (-) the storage battery.

Observe instructions Replacement of the storage battery Has undressed.

Take out the top left or right cover of the engine if it is established.

The right headlight: Disconnect an air line between the forward panel and the air filter, address to Section Installation of the forward panel in position for maintenance service.

Area under a headlight for protection against damages of a paint and varnish covering protect a sticky tape.

Turn out screws (1) and (5).

Turn away screws (2) and (4) on some turns, without turning out them. (6) – the persistent screw.

Disconnect a cable and disunite a socket (3).

Take out a headlight forward.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Insert a headlight against the stop. Thus watch that two ventilating elements (5) on the right and at the left from the bottom party of a headlight have been established into place, address to an illustration the Headlight with the xenon lamp.
If it is necessary, expose a headlight with the persistent screw (6) so that the uniform backlash in relation to adjoining details of a body remained. Thus especially watch a site прилегания to a wing.
Tighten screws (1, 2, 4 and 5).
The further installation is carried out in sequence, return to removal.
Adjust position of headlights as soon as possible on HUNDRED.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Position on height is regulated by screws (1 and 2), position on horizon the screw (2).

Correct position of headlights can be adjusted only with application of special devices on HUNDRED.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove a lattice of an admission of air from a bumper, address to Section Removal and installation of a forward bumper.
Turn out screws (arrows on an accompanying illustration), disconnect a headlight at an inside of a bumper and take out it.
Disunite a socket (1) headlights.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is carried out in sequence, return to removal. Thus watch that directing pins have entered into apertures.

Replacement of lamps накаливания

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Turn a lamp with a cartridge (2) counter-clockwise (marksman) and take out from the headlight case.
