Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect a negative cable (-) the storage battery.

Observe instructions Replacement of the storage battery Has undressed.

Remove facing of a door of a back, address to Section Removal and installation of facing of a door of a back (Versatile person).
Disunite sockets of heating of back glass and a screen wiper, and also the uniform lock. Disconnect a hose of a washer of back glass.

For simplification of installation it is necessary will fix on the ends of a wire a cord which after вытягивания wires remains in a cover.

Necessarily ask the assistant to take a back door before removing газонаполненный an emphasis. Otherwise the door can fall, since it cannot keep only for the account of one демпфера.

Disconnect above газонаполненный an emphasis (1). For this purpose raise a screw-driver a lock spring (3) a little and remove an emphasis from a spherical pin (2). The second emphasis remove in the same way.

Remove covers of loops and directing for a cable, located at a loop.
For the subsequent installation: Mark with a felt-tip pen position of loops of a door of a back.

Turn out screws (arrows on an accompanying illustration) at the left and on the right from a back door.

Remove a door by means of the assistant.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Establish a door by means of the assistant on loops. An old door expose thus on earlier executed labels.
Screw screws at the left and on the right.
Establish газонаполненный an emphasis on a spherical support and insert a lock ring. In the same way establish the second emphasis.
Loosen the a lock clamp, close a door and adjust it in relation to adjoining elements.
Tighten screws the moment 21Нм.
The further installation is carried out in sequence, return to removal.
Attach a negative cable (-) the storage battery.

Back door: Check/adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Check up backlashes in interface of a door of a back to adjoining elements of a body. Backlashes on all perimetre should be uniform. The door should coincide with lateral elements of a back part of a body. Over a roof the door should not act more than 0.5 mm.

Turn away a nut (1) and (3) so that the clamp of the lock (2) could be displaced.

The pad (on an accompanying illustration) on a clamp shows the marksman back.

Uncover (1) on the left and right emphasis, and establish the adjusting screw (2), having turned it counter-clockwise, in position «0».

Close a door and press it on 2 mm into a body. Open a door and tighten nuts the moment 21Нм. The door should be closed on the lock easily and not to have люфта. Check up backlashes.

Adjust position of the left and right emphasis so that the closed door had no люфта. For this purpose put on an emphasis of a few plasticine and close a door. On a plasticine print it is possible to judge, whether the door is correctly adjusted

Establish on a cover emphasis.
